Why we teach

People walk through our door for different reasons. Some want to compete. Some want to know they can protect themselves. Some just want a workout they'll keep showing up for. We build our classes around what each student needs, not the other way around.

Our kids program is about the team as much as the child. Kids learn to train alongside each other, and they build character, confidence and fitness that last well past their next belt.

Both of our head coaches have years of experience and have competed at the world level. That same coaching is what you get on your first day as a beginner.

The head coaches

Both head coaches have competed at the world level. Beginners get the same coaching as the black belts.
