Jiu-jitsu for kids 4 to 13: structured classes that build focus and confidence, and teach them how to handle a bully without throwing a punch. Your child's first class is free.

Movement games that get kids rolling, crawling and learning to fall safely.
A coach shows one skill at a time, like an escape, a hold or how to stand up safely, and the kids copy it step by step.
Partners take turns with kids their own size while coaches walk the mat and correct.
Class ends with games built on the day's skill, so the repetition feels like play.

Both head coaches have competed at the world level. Beginners get the same coaching as the black belts.

No. Jiu-jitsu has its roots in self-defense, and we teach kids that violence is not the answer to their problems. They learn to stay calm and avoid a fight, and to protect themselves only when there is no other way.
Our coaches work with kids of all abilities and ages. Your child learns at a pace that is comfortable for them, and physical safety comes first in every class.
Some kids are unsure at first. Class is active and full of games, and most kids think learning martial arts is cool, which helps them stick with it when it gets hard.
Training teaches focus, discipline, self-control and respect. Kids practice paying attention to a coach every class, and those are the same skills they need in school.
