What an MMA class looks like

  1. Warm-up

Conditioning and movement to raise your heart rate and loosen you up.

  2. Technique

Strikes, takedowns or ground work, and how to connect them into one game.

  3. Drilling

Pad work and partner drills at a pace that matches your skill and comfort.

  4. Sparring

Controlled sparring as your skills grow, with coaches watching. Nobody spars on day one.

What you get out of it

Fight-level conditioning
MMA builds strength, endurance and flexibility at the same time.
Self-defense on the feet and the ground
You learn to strike, stop a takedown and get back up, not just one piece of a fight.
A place to leave your stress
Hard rounds with discipline and self-control are a healthy outlet for a long week.
